Tex Blue’s Pool Service Guarantees

With Tex Blue Pools’ full-service and partial-service pool cleaning, you’re covered by some rock-solid guarantees.
Note: Chemical-Only service plans are excluded from the pool cleaning guarantee and algae-free guarantee, but are covered by our maintenance report guarantee and water chemical balance guarantee.

Weekly Pool Cleaning Guarantee

If you find that the pool cleaning isn’t satisfactory, just let us know within the next 36 hours of the visit and we’ll gladly re-clean it, free of charge! Letting us know as soon as possible helps us make sure that we can get down to the potential causes and correct them as quickly as we can.

Additionally, please be aware that pool vacuuming, netting, and other pool floor cleaning services are only included in the Full-Service Level. If you’re currently at one of the Partial-Service Levels and would like these services performed weekly, you can upgrade for just a few additional dollars per week.

This Guarantee ensures that if you are unsatisfied with the service you receive and you notify us within 36 hours of that service, then we will re-clean your pool and make sure that all the items on your Pool Maintenance Report have been performed for free! And if, for some reason, we are unable to perform the cleaning again, or the re-cleaning is still not the level of service you expect and deserve, this Guarantee means that we will issue a full refund on that visit, provided that you notified us within the first 36 hours of the visit.

Service Report Guarantee

Pool Service Reports are an important record of the work performed at your swimming pool. If you ever you don’t receive a service report for your weekly service and we are unable to retrieve it for you from our software system (complete with a record of work performed and chemicals added), we will promptly issue a full refund for service visits that are not documented.

Properly Balanced Water Chemistry Guarantee

At no additional cost, customers under any of our service plans can expect that we will correct any normal water balancing issues provided the following:

Pool equipment is in proper working order and no relevant quotes provided by Beyond Blue Pools have been declined by client

\

Pool equipment runs for the appropriate amount of time each day (10-12 hours per day during the spring and summer; 8-10 hours per day during the fall; 7-8 hours per day during the winter)

\

Pool water level has been consistently and properly maintained

\

There is no landscaping touching the water of the pool or spa

\

Filter has been properly maintained with filter cleanings and replacing filter elements as needed

\

Service has not been interrupted

The following are covered in this Proper Balanced Chemistry Guarantee:

Startup chemicals such as Cyanuric Acid (also known as Stabilizer, CYA, or Conditioner) and Calcium, which are needed to convert tap water to swimming pool water, are NOT included in this Guarantee. These chemicals are known to gradually build up in pool water over the years as very small amounts of them are added through regular use of chlorine.
